This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use TraceGrid Mobile application (the “Application”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the Application, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your IP address, login, password and customer name.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Application, and collect data including your IP address, operating system, and date/time stamps.
- “Push notification identificators” makes every signed-in user distinct, allowing to send push notifications to a specific receiver.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use Log files to monitor Application usage patterns for improving service quality.
We use Cookies to keep you signed-in, without need to enter password on every request.
We use Push notification unique identificators to implement user-targeted push notifications for task system.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use OneSignal to implement Push notifications to alert you about new tasks -  you can read more about how OneSignal uses your Personal Information here: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy. We also use Here Maps to implement interactive map, and their privacy policy can be found here: https://legal.here.com/en-gb/privacy.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION

When you use the Application, we will maintain your IP address in our Log files and Push notification identifier for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Cookies are removed from your device after application is closed, and unique identifier used inside Cookies are removed from Application server after a month of last use of the Application. Login, password and customer, used to auto-signing, is deleted once you log out or remove the Application from your device.

MINORS

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 3 years old.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
